Hip new hotel.
Excellent service and functional and reasonably large rooms with all the amenities usually found in japanese business hotels. Had clean central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge. Location short walk to centre;))

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impressive. The room was impeccably clean and they provided complimentary nightwear and indoor slippers, which added a nice touch to the stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Despite having limited English, they tried their best to answer our questions and provide us with any necessary information. Lastly, the location was excellent. Situated just a few minutes walk from the subway and bus stops, it was easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Kamo River. this hotel offered great value for money and made our stay in the city enjoyable.
All was well during my stay.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. First, the staff service was unexpectedly great. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and even bringing it up to our room while we were out. Second, the amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfy pajamas and slippers to the epic hair dryer. Lastly, the location was convenient, with a family mart nearby and several bus stations within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.
One small area for improvement would be to include some protein options in the breakfast menu.

The hotel is located in a charming and quiet street with easy access to transportation. It’s easy to get around and explore the city. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with a kettle and some free refreshments. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included a delicious dish. Plus, we were able to borrow umbrellas from the hotel during a rainy day.
The internet connection was not stable and frequently disconnected. We found this quite frustrating as we needed to stay connected for our work and personal communication.

The complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was nice to take a stroll around the area and soak in the local atmosphere. the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's rest.
The room was too small for a romantic getaway. There was hardly any space to move around and the bathroom was tiny.
